President: Charles Kyle Vice President: David Wlotkowkski Treasurer: Ed Hayes Recording Secretary: Bob Klaffke The Executive Committee is responsible for oversight and management of the church council and congregation. The committee is made up of the officers of the congregation and the pastor. The Executive Committee develops mission, vision, and values statements; develops long-range goals and action plans to achieve those goals. The Executive Committee oversees the budget preparation process and prepares final recommendations for Congregation Council review and approval. The committee oversees the financial business of the congreagtion, employee relations and other adminstrative matters. |
