Finance Committee 2008 Committee Chair:   Richard Timmons The Finance Committee has an elected Committee Chair and volunteer members, but no elected Council Representative. The elected Vice-President and Treasurer are automatically members of the Finance Committee. The Finance Committee develops and maintains a strong financial program for the congregation. The committee oversees the congregations' financial investments, solicits budget requests from the congregation's committees, and prepares an annual budget for approval by the Congregation Council. The committee monitors the budgeted accounts, annually reviews the congregation's insurance policy, and assures that those with access to congregation funds are bonded.
