Worship Committee 2008 Committee Chair:   Erik Lokensgard 2008 Council Representative:   Sharon Meadows The Worship Committee is responsible for planning and overseeing programs to provide spiritually meaningful worship experiences. With the pastor, the committee plans and coordinates worship services in conjunction with the church year. Also with the pastor, the committee plans worship in both traditional and innovative forms. The Worship Committee oversees worship-related matters such as music, choirs, choir directors, organists, and lay participation in the worship services. With the Membership Committee, the Worship Committee provides Holy Communion to the sick and to shut-ins. The Worship Committee recruits, trains, and schedules Assisting Ministers and Communion Assistants.
