Lori Parkin (Pre K and Kindergarten Teacher)

Mrs. Parkin has been a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church for 20 years! She was a group leader at Emmanuel’s Vacation Bible School this summer. She and husband Michael have three children. Emma is 8 years old, Elayna is 4 years old, and Max is 2 ½ years old. Mrs. Parkin also works as an Interior Designer.

Lori Blanton (Pre K and Kindergarten Teacher)

Mrs. Blanton is a life long member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church! This is her 13th year teaching Sunday School at Emmanuel. She has two children. Justin is 12 years old and Nicole is 15 years old.

Jacqui Slebodnick (Pre K and Kindergarten Teacher)

Miss Jacqui has been a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church for over 23 years - her entire life! She attended this very same Sunday School program from ages 3-15. Miss Jacqui also works as a Technical Recruiter for the Bartech Group in Southfield, Michigan.

Diane Brown (1st and 2nd Grade Teacher)

Mrs. Brown and husband Scott have been married for twelve years. They have two children. Seth is 10 years old. Anna is 6 years old. They have been active members at Emmanuel for 3 years. Mrs. Brown was a group leader at Emmanuel’s Vacation Bible School this summer. She is extremely enthusiastic about serving as a Sunday School teacher!

Sally Harmych (3rd and 4th Grade Teacher)

Mrs. Harmych has been a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church for 2 years. She and her husband Bill have two children. Sarah is 9 years old. Andrew is 6 years old. Mrs. Harmych was a group leader at Emmanuel’s Vacation Bible School this summer. Mrs. Harmych also works as a Biology Professor at the University of Toledo.

Dianna Chapple (5th and 6th Grade Teacher)

Ms. Chapple has been a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church for 23 years. She taught one year of 3rd grade Sunday School and eight years of Pre-K/Kindergarten Sunday School. This is her first year teaching the 5th and 6th grade Sunday School class. She has taught Vacation Bible School for many years. Ms. Chappel also teaches in a elementary Cognitive Impaired classroom. She has a BA in Elementary Education and Special Education. She just received a Masters degree in Early Education. Ms. Chappel has two children, Brandon and Robert.

Kerry Winkelseth (7th and 8th Grade Teacher)

Mrs. Winkelseth is a long time member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and has been involved in Emmanuel’s Sunday School program since her children were in Kindergarten. She began as a Sunday School teacher, later accepted the position as Superintendent, and now teaches the 7th & 8th grade class. She has two children. Sean is 14 years old. Meagan is 12 years old. Mrs. Winkelseth teaches Physical Education and Health to future teachers, at the University of Michigan.

Melissa Meadows (Co-Superintendent)

Mrs. Meadows has been a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church for 5 years. She taught Sunday School for one year. She has taught Vacation Bible School for many years. Her husband Ted is a life long member of Emmanuel. Melissa and Ted have three children. Emma is 5 years old, Ty is 3 years old, and Tessa is almost 1 year old. Melissa has a Masters Degree in Counseling. Mrs. Meadows also works as a Tumbling Instructor at Gayle’s Dancephase, in Wixom, Michigan.

Pam Willoughby (Co-Superintendent)

Mrs. Willoughby is a life long member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church! She taught Sunday School for one year. She has taught Vacation Bible School for many years. She and husband David have two children. Madison is 6 years old and Thomas is 4 years old. Mrs. Willoughby is a Pediatric Nurse at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor.
